Available Shipping Methods
Eligible carrier services and any other available delivery options are shown during checkout. Not every method is available for every product or destination.
From checkout through delivery, here is what to expect when an order requires standard shipping, multiple shipments, freight review, or tax-exemption review.
Available methods and charges are determined by the products in your cart and the delivery destination.
Most orders move from checkout into payment and processing immediately. Orders that require a freight quote or tax-exemption review follow a separate review process before payment is collected.
Many products sold by Coplites are specialized vehicle components that may be stocked, sourced from a manufacturer or distributor, configured to order, or subject to a manufacturer lead time. Availability can change between the time a product is viewed and the time the order is processed.
Once the merchandise is ready, the order moves into shipment preparation. You can use your Coplites account or the Order Lookup page to follow the current customer-facing status of the order.
Your order is created and any required review is identified.
Payment is completed, or the order waits for freight or tax-exemption review.
Products are prepared, sourced, or received as needed for fulfillment.
Available merchandise is packed and tracking is added when applicable.
The shipping choices available during checkout depend on the merchandise being ordered and the destination. If a shipping charge can be determined at checkout, it will be shown before the order proceeds to payment.

When carrier tracking is available, it is associated with the shipment and can be displayed with your order information. Shipment notifications may also include tracking details.
An order may be shipped in more than one shipment when merchandise becomes available at different times. The order will continue to show the remaining unshipped merchandise until fulfillment is complete.
A carrier delivery estimate begins after a shipment is tendered to the carrier. Time needed to source, receive, configure, or prepare merchandise occurs before that carrier transit period.
Some items may be available immediately, while others are ordered from a manufacturer or distributor after your purchase. Manufacturer production schedules, distributor availability, product configuration, and incoming shipments can all affect fulfillment time.
Any availability or lead-time information should be treated as an estimate unless Coplites specifically confirms otherwise. Carrier delays and manufacturer or distributor delays can also occur outside of our direct control.
If timing is critical, contact Coplites before placing the order so we can help determine what information is currently available for the products you are considering.
Oversized, heavy, or otherwise freight-required merchandise may not have a final shipping charge available during normal checkout. When a freight quote is required, checkout will identify the order accordingly.
The order is created without collecting payment and is placed on hold while Coplites determines the freight shipping amount. Once the freight amount is finalized, the order can continue to the payment stage.
This process allows the final payment request to reflect the reviewed freight charge rather than collecting an estimated freight amount that may be incorrect.
Customers who are not already approved as tax exempt can request tax exemption during checkout and upload supporting documents for review.
When a new tax-exemption request is submitted, the order is created and placed on administrative review. Payment is not collected until the supporting documents have been reviewed and the tax status of the order is determined.
Registered accounts that have already been approved as tax exempt can have that status applied during checkout without repeating the review for each eligible purchase.
Checkout will provide the upload area when you request tax exemption. Submit current supporting documentation so the request can be reviewed before payment continues.
If you need to change an address, quantity, configuration, or other order detail, contact Coplites promptly. We will review the order and determine what can still be changed based on its current status.
Changes and cancellations are not considered complete until they are confirmed by Coplites. Products that have already shipped, been specially ordered, configured, or otherwise committed may have different options than merchandise that has not yet entered fulfillment.
For return eligibility after merchandise has been received, refer to the Returns and RMA information provided by Coplites.
If your order has unusual dimensions, a strict timeline, a freight requirement, or another special consideration, contact us before ordering and we can help review the details.
