Contact & Account Information
We may collect your name, email address, telephone number, company name, billing and shipping addresses, saved-address labels, and other information you provide when creating or managing an account.
Account passwords are processed for authentication and stored in a protected hashed form rather than as readable passwords. We also maintain information associated with email verification, password resets, account sessions, and account security.
Shopping, Order & Fulfillment Information
We collect information about shopping carts, products and options selected, quantities, order numbers, prices, taxes, shipping selections, order status, shipping and tracking details, payment status, refunds, and related transaction history.
We may also maintain information needed for freight review, tax-exemption review, partial shipments, returns, RMA requests, warranty assistance, and other order-related services.
Payment Information
Online card payments are processed using Square. The Coplites application may retain transaction identifiers, payment status, payment method type, receipt or processor references, and limited card details returned by the processor, such as card brand and the last four digits.
The website is designed so complete card numbers and card security codes are handled by the payment processor rather than stored in the Coplites application database.
Documents, Images & Return Information
If you choose to provide them, we may collect uploaded profile pictures, tax-exemption documentation, supporting files, product or serial-number information, photographs, and other materials related to an account, order, return, shipment problem, or warranty request.
Please avoid including sensitive information in uploaded documents or communications unless it is reasonably necessary for the purpose of your request.
Communications & Customer Support
When you contact Coplites, we may receive your name, email address, phone number, order number, subject, message, and any other information you provide. Communications may be retained in our email, order, or customer-service records as appropriate.
Transactional emails may include account verification, password-reset, order, payment, shipping, return, and other service-related communications.
Technical, Security & Usage Information

When Cloudflare Turnstile protection is enabled for a form or workflow, information required for the verification may be transmitted to Cloudflare, including the Turnstile response and available network information such as your IP address.

How Information Is Disclosed

Coplites does not operate a data-broker business, and we do not use customer personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Payment Processors
Square receives information necessary to provide online payment services, authorize transactions, manage payment risk, and process refunds.
Shipping & Fulfillment
FedEx and other carriers or fulfillment-related providers may receive names, delivery addresses, telephone numbers, package information, and other information needed to quote, ship, track, or resolve deliveries.
Email & Communications
Microsoft 365 is used to transmit transactional and customer-service email. Message content and recipient information may therefore be processed through Microsoft systems.
Security & Infrastructure
Cloudflare Turnstile, hosting providers, and technical service providers may process network, request, or system information as needed to provide security, hosting, maintenance, and infrastructure services.
Manufacturers & Suppliers
Manufacturers, distributors, suppliers, or warranty providers may receive information reasonably necessary to source products, investigate product issues, process warranty matters, or resolve returns and other customer requests.
Legal & Business Requirements
We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, legal process, tax or accounting requirements, prevent fraud, protect rights or safety, enforce agreements, or address a business transaction such as a merger or sale of assets.
Online Tracking & Do Not Track
The site does not currently use behavioral advertising tracking.
As of the Last Updated date, Coplites does not use third-party advertising networks or Google Analytics on this website to track visitors across unrelated websites for behavioral advertising.
Because there is not currently an industry-uniform way for websites to interpret browser-based Do Not Track (DNT) signals, the website does not respond to DNT as a separate technical control. This statement does not prevent you from using browser privacy controls or other available privacy tools.
Coplites does not knowingly authorize third parties to collect personally identifiable information about your online activities over time and across unrelated websites for behavioral advertising.
