Return Policy

[1] Items that are unopened and are within 14 days from the original delivery date may be returned unless otherwise stated on the invoice or is one of the items described below. You will need to manage shipping the items yourself.
[2] Items that are opened cannot be returned unless otherwise stated or given written authorization
[3] Items that are past the 14 days of the delivery window cannot be returned
[4] The following items cannot be returned:
  [A] Partitions
  [B] Consoles
  [C] Pushbars
  [D] Window Guards
  [E] Cargo Boxes
  [F] Lightbars (interior, exterior)
  [G] Made to order (Custom) items (i.e. custom ordered lightbar) (Your quote will indicate if this is a custom made to order item, or non-refundable item)
  [H] Items that were delivered via freight/cargo (this typically does not apply to most orders)
[5] Items that are returned may be subject to a 25% restocking fee which will be taken out of the refund amount. Some items may be subject to a higher restocking fee which will be listed on the invoice
[6] Anything is subject to change at any time and each order may have it's own set of specifics that may not be listed on this page

To issue a return please email us at [email protected] to begin the process. As long as the email is sent within the 14 days after the original delivery date it still will qualfify for a return. (i.e. If you purchase a Federal Signal Micropulse MPS620U-WA and it is physically delivered on July 2nd, 2019, your last day for the return window would be July 16th, 2019 5:00PM PST. So you would need to send an email before 5:00PM PST on the last day)

If the item you received is damaged, defective or not operating as intended you may contact us at [email protected] to issue a RMA.
If found that the item is not damaged, defective and is operating as intended you will be charged a shipping fee to return the product back to you.
